Sebastián Ramírez Pink Bourbon

Sebastián is a big fan of "Bourbon Rosado" (Pink Bourbon) . His washed process of this varietal is one of the cleanest and most balanced in his portfolio. This coffee undergoes no cherry fermentation; it is depulped immediately after harvesting and fermented for 24 to 36 hours before being washed and dried.

Pink Bourbonsare known to have immensely sweet character, natural fruitiness, and tons of florals. His process is no exception.

About the Producer:Sebastián Ramírez is a fourth- generation coffee farmer with over 12 years of experience. He has a presence in multiple countries in Asia and Europe and has joined Unblended Coffee's mission to make coffee farming exciting. As a Mentor on the Young Producer Program, he brings his expertise to the table. Sebastián began as a traditional grower but eventually delved into fermentations and made connections within the industry. Nowadays, he is a master in carbonic maceration, coffee profiles, and varietals - producing coffees that are anything but ordinary.
