Turin DF83V V3 Variable-Speed Single-Dose Grinder
The Turin DF83V V3 combines large 83mm flat burrs, a powerful brushless motor and continuously variable speed in a compact horizontal single-dose design. It is built for coffee drinkers who want fast grinding, low retention and the freedom to tune grind speed for espresso, pour-over and other filter methods.
A 680-watt brushless DC motor drives the burrs from 300 to 1,600 RPM. The horizontal grinding path and controlled-feed auger help move coffee through the chamber efficiently, while the plasma ion generator reduces static and loose grounds around the dosing cup. Stepless adjustment provides the fine control needed to dial in espresso without limiting the grinder to espresso-only use.
