Idido:refers to a specific area of the Yirgacheffe region known for producing high quality and distinctive coffees often characterized by complex flavor, bright acid, floral and fruity notes.

Anaerobic Natural: Anaerobic indicates that additional, intentional steps were taken in the production of this coffee to ferment the coffee in an anoxic environment (free of oxygen)- usually a sealed drum with an airlock. As fermentation progresses, CO2 displaces the oxygen - when done in a controlled way, this tends to showcase positive wine-like character, intensifying fruit flavors and acidity.
