Special guest and seasoned Coffee Educator and Consultant, Coffee Destiny, will be in from North Carolina to introduce the Coffee Lexicon—the sensory language used throughout the specialty coffee industry to identify and communicate flavor, aroma, mouthfeel, and aftertaste. Through guided tastings, you'll learn how to recognize common flavor characteristics, distinguish between different coffees, and describe what you're tasting with clarity and confidence.
